- Hand drawn directions specific to my kits
Counted cross stitch is a great introduction to any cross stitch project. The kits do not have the pattern printed on the Aida cloth. The process of counted cross stitch means you will be using your printed pattern to count where the stitches will be placed on your Aida cloth. The instructions will walk you through all of the steps of how to use the materials in your kit and how to read your counted cross stitch pattern.
All kits are labeled beginner to advanced. Beginner kits are great start for crafters who have never cross stitched before. Beginner kits tend to be smaller, have fewer colors and require the most basic of full cross stitches. More intermediate and advanced kits will teach you to use a larger collection of colors as well as have the possibility of learning more advanced stitches such as backstitching, 3/4 stitches and french knots. Intermediate kits are also a great way to jump into this new craft for the adventurous stitcher!
