PROCESSING TIME + COST
Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) unless the product listing states otherwise. I do my best to package and ship everything as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
All packages will be classified as 'merchandise.' I cannot mark international packages as gifts.
I automatically send you a packing slip with your order. Packing slips do not include listing prices, only the items names and descriptions.
All orders ship from Portland, OR to the shipping address provided at checkout. Postage options are selected upon checkout.
Junebug and Darlin is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the buyer supplied it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing checkout. If you think you have made a mistake and you have not received a shipping notification yet, please let me know ASAP so I can adjust the package before it gets lost! If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you upon order fulfillment. Please note that a signature may be required to receive packages. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, you may be required to arrange for a redelivery or pick up the parcel from the post office indicated on the notice.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
United States : 3-5 business days
Europe : 15-45 business days.
Other Countries: 15-60 business days
Before/After winter holidays, there can to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th) for domestic and international packages.
These delivery times are only estimates! International mail is affected many circumstances beyond my control including, but not limited to customs delays, long distances, weather and foreign holidays. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond my control. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive, but are very rarely completely lost.
LOSS + DAMAGES
I am not responsible for the loss or damage of items while in transit. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal services in their original condition.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside of the USA), please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as I cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, import fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
*Choosing UPS at checkout for international orders will most likely result in added import fees upon your items delivery. Although not guaranteed, USPS is less likely to result in additional import fees.
