Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Junebug and Darlin! Each pattern and kit is 100% handmade by Zoe Frost in Portland, OR. A lot of love is put into every stitch here, but in the off chance you're not satisfied with your order, you can review my shop policies below to answer your inquiry.

PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and payment is required in full before the item can be shipped. All major credit cards and paypal are accepted. If you need to cancel your order, a refund can be applied, as long as your order has not already shipped. A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your total order price at the time of refund.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from purchase date.

Contact info@junebuganddarlin.com if you need to return any part of your order. Refunds for returned items will be made within 7 days of receiving items. Return shipping costs will be deducted from original costs. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for : Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, finished/framed pieces or items on sale. I do not accept returns because it was ‘not as described’. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a particular item, contact me before purchasing.

DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund may be possible. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Replacements will not be given for damages caused to packaging, only the supplies included. In the case of framed pieces, exchanges or replacements are not possible.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately document and describe my work and color variations may occur because your monitor setting differ from mine.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please be patient! Your package may be held up in customs for some reason and will still be delivered! In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. Junebug and Darlin is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. For this reason, I recommend choosing Priority Shipping during checkout. Priority shipping includes tracking and insurance if your package is lost in transit.

For international packages, please check the integrity of the package or envelope before signing to receive the order. I recommend refusing the package if it has been obviously damaged or tampered with. Please note, customs officials may open and examine package contents. In that case, the package will be resealed and officially stamped before being delivered.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. I will contact you immediately if your package is returned. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
